Not only is this program designed for the insured that has dogs, but they will also accept insureds that have trampolines!

 

Primary Comprehensive Personal Liability (CPL) Program

This program is designed to provide coverage for primary and secondary residences, rentals, vacation homes, homes in course of construction, vacant homes and vacant land.

Program Highlights:

  • Coverage may be written as CPL or OL & T
  • Named Insured may be an indivdual, estate or trust
  • The residence premises must be located in any state except New York
  • All other premises must be located in the US or its territories
  • Risks with Pit Bulls, Dobermans and Rottweilers will be written with dog-bite exclusion
  • Hi-Profiled individuals may be written

 Limits Available:

  • $100,000 CSL
  • $300,000 CSL
  • $500,000 CSL
  • $1,000,000 CSL

Excess Comprehensive Personal Liability (ECPL) Program

The ECPL program is written excess over another carrier's CPL policy. The same underwriting that applies to the primary CPL program applies.

Limits Available:

  • $100,000 CSL
  • $300,000 CSL
  • $500,000 CSL

Farmers Comprehensive Personal Liability (FCPL) program

The FCPL program is designed for small gentleman farms. This program may be written if the named insured is an individual, estate or trust. If the farm is joint family ownership - two separate policies must be written.

Limits Available:

  • $100,000 CSL
  • $300,000 CSL
  • $500,000 CSL

Ineligible Risks:

  • Farms operating freezing or dehydrating plants
  • Farms whose principal business is raising and using horses for race purposes
  • Farms that raise tobacco
  • Farms where the principal purpose of the farm is to supply commodities for manufacturing or processing by the insured
  • Farms with exotic animals may be excluded
